If you’re not happy with your experience at CDAS, you can make a complaint by:

Speaking to us directly: You can also raise a concern at the service you’re using within CDAS - whether that’s at Whittle Court, SRS or Birch Terrace.
What happens next
- We’ll acknowledge your complaint within five working days.
- We aim to resolve complaints within 28 days.
- If we need more time, we’ll explain why and keep you updated.
- We’ll always try to put things right. If you’re not happy with the outcome, we’ll let you know how to escalate your complaint to an independent governing body.

Who looks after your information
CDAS is delivered in partnership by WithYou and BAC O’Connor.
WithYou is the data controller. This means WithYou is legally responsible for how your information is collected, used, and protected when you make a complaint or share feedback.
BAC O’Connor staff may also see your information if it relates to the support they provide. Both organisations follow the same strict data protection standards.
