Drop in and see us

We know it can feel daunting reaching out for the first time about drug and alcohol challenges. That’s why there’s no need to call ahead or fill in any forms before attending our drop in service.

If you’re living in Stoke-on-Trent and over 18, just come along during our drop-in hours and we’ll help you out.

If it’s a bit busy, you may be asked to wait – but we’ll always do our best to see everyone.

If we can’t speak to you that day, we’ll offer the next available appointment before you leave.

"Walking into drop-in was the first step I took. I didn't need an appointment or to explain everything straight away. I just sat down and talked."

What to expect

  • A welcoming, comfortable space to chat about your worries with trained staff
  • No pressure – just a conversation to explore your needs
  • Support tailored to you and your goals
  • People who are here to listen, not judge

Whether you’re ready to make changes or simply want to talk things through, we’re here to support you in a way that works for you.
