Our adult drop-in is open to anyone aged 18 or over in Stoke-on-Trent. You don't need an appointment or referral — just come in when it feels right for you.
If you want to talk about your drug or alcohol use, or support someone close to you, our team is here to listen and help you explore your options in a friendly, comfortable space.

Drop in and see us
You don't need to call ahead, book an appointment, or fill in any forms before you come to our drop-in.
If you live in Stoke-on-Trent and are over 18, just come along during our drop-in hours to speak to us.
If it’s a bit busy, you may be asked to wait – but we’ll always do our best to see everyone.
If we can’t speak to you that day, we’ll offer the next available appointment before you leave.

Our services
Needle exchange
At our needle exchange, you can get free, clean needles, syringes, and other equipment to help you stay safer if you inject drugs. You can also ask us about wound care, naloxone, and other harm reduction support.

BBV testing
We offer free and confidential blood-borne virus (BBV) testing to all of our clients. It's a quick, simple check for things like Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV.

Naloxone kits and training
We offer free naloxone kits and short training session to help you stay safer and save a life in an emergency. Anyone can get naloxone from us — whether it's for yourself, someone you care about, or the wider community.

Test your drugs
If you're not sure what's in the drugs you've picked up, WEDINOS can help.
WEDINOS is a free and confidential testing service that analyses samples of drugs and tells you exactly what's in them.
Our team can help you use WEDINOS, as well as learn about safer use and support options.
