Support for young people who use drugs or alcohol

If you're a young person, we can give you support that fits you. We don't preach or tell you what to do. Instead, we listen, talk things through, and help you make choices that feel right for your life.

That might mean learning how to cut down, staying safer, or just getting clear information so you can decide what you want next.

Our support is all about giving you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to make your own decisions.

Support for young people affected by drugs or alcohol

When someone in your family, or someone close to you, is using drugs or alcohol, it can be hard. You might feel worried, upset, or alone.

Our Family Support team provides support to young people who are impacted by somebody else's drug or alcohol use. We offer one-to-one chats, group support, workshops, and activities to help you understand what's going on and find your own ways to cope.
