We’re pleased to confirm that from the 31st March 2025, the CDAS Hope Street office will operate from a new premise at Unit 2 Whittle Court, Town Road, Hanley, Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ST1 2QE. View the location on a map

The new space remains in Hanley and is a 13 minute walk from our Hope St office and conveniently located near to bus stops.

We’ve listened to client feedback, and our new office will be in a more central part of Stoke-on-Trent and will better support the needs of our clients and staff.

Important details about the move

inside whittle courtClients will be seen at our new premise from 31st March 2025 at Whittle Court.

There will be a period of transition while we settle into our new base, so if clients would usually be seen at Hope St, they may be seen in an alternate location of their choice while we fully move in.

Clients are being advised not to go to Whittle Court unless their Recovery Worker confirms this is where the appointment will be.

If the location of the client appointment is different to where they’d usually be seen, their Recovery Worker will contact them via telephone to discuss different options.

“We’d like to reassure everyone that while we’re moving into our new home, you can expect to receive the same high quality of care from us – our services will continue to run, it’s just that where clients are seen may be different.”

Services from our other locations to run as usual

All of our other offices and services across Stoke-on-Trent will run as usual. This means that for anyone with appointments in our Stoke Recovery Service (SRS) or Birch Terrace office, or with appointments in the local area, this will be unaffected.
